At Wlixarunquaktorx, we take pride in the quality of our handmade cards and printing products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and provide refunds or exchanges for our products.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Return Policy.
2. General Return Guidelines
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or you may simply change your mind. We have established the following guidelines to ensure a fair and consistent return process:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be in their original, unused condition
- Items must be in their original packaging
- A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
- Returns must be approved by our customer service team before shipping
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned. The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized items: Once production has begun on a custom order, it cannot be returned or refunded, as these items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold
- Sale or clearance items: Items purchased at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be returned
- Gift cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned for cash
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
4. Custom Orders
Custom orders require special attention due to their personalized nature. Please note the following regarding custom orders:
- A deposit is required before we begin production on any custom order
- Once you approve the design proof and production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded
- We provide design proofs for your approval before production to ensure accuracy
- Minor variations in handmade items are inherent to the craft and are not grounds for return
- If we make an error on your custom order (wrong text, wrong colors, etc.), we will remake the item at no additional cost
We encourage you to carefully review all details of your custom order, including text, colors, and design elements, before approving production. We are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order via email at helpdesk@wlixarunquaktorx.world or by phone at +64 9-376-3246
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions
- Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt with the return
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
If your refund is rejected, we will provide an explanation and may offer alternative solutions, such as an exchange or store credit.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. The process for exchanges is similar to returns:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Specify the item you wish to exchange and the item you would like instead
- If the new item is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference
- If the new item is of lesser value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
- Exchange shipping costs may apply depending on the circumstances
8. Damaged or Defective Items
We take care in packaging and shipping our products so they arrive in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us promptly:
- Report any damage or defects within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide photographs of the damaged or defective item and the packaging
- Keep all original packaging materials as they may be required for insurance claims
- We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution
For damaged items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at no additional charge. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
9. Shipping for Returns
When returning items, please consider the following:
- Use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s)
- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value
- We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping
- Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return has been processed
10. Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit:
- Does not expire
- Can be used for any products on our website or in our studio
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Is non-transferable

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Return Policy.
